Welcome to the PENOBSCOT COUNTY REGISTRY OF DEEDS Internet Access site.   At this site we give the public full access to the same records available to anyone using the computer search screens in our office.   We have made available to you the following: Recorded Land Document indexes & images from 1967 to the present. Recorded Land Document images from June 1964 through 1966. Recorded Land Scanned Index by Name from 1900 through 1966. Recorded Land Plan indexes and images from 1814 to the present. Tax Maps: indexes & images Unrecorded Plans: indexes & images Please note that this site is under construction and more search options will be added in the near future.

The use of this site is limited to the viewing of a single page of data or a single document image at a time. Only authorized users are permitted to print images of documents from this site.
